WP6: Knowledge co-creation to address the challenges of our territories

WP6 pledges the EMERGE partners to construct an all-encompassing joint research strategy centred on reinforcing the links between research, industry, governing bodies, and civil society.

Objectives

  • Create a joint pool of resources which will reinforce the quality, performance, impact, and attractiveness of our research.
  • Foster practical experiences, entrepreneurial mind-sets and civic engagement of students.
  • Strengthen academic careers.
  • Boost Open Science, open education and open data.
  • Integrating the challenge-based approach.
  • Enhance community-based participatory research in/for/with/on the margins.

Tasks

  1. Ensure the right conditions are met for the elevation of an EMERGE Research Campus, EMERGE Rc (virtual hub of common resources, activities, events and third places advancing research).
  2. Strengthen the EMERGE Research Campus as a virtual hub of common resources, activities, events and third places advancing research.
  3. EMERGE Rc Programme: Training for Research.
