The EMERGE team at Democritus University of Thrace recently met for a working meeting as part of its ongoing activities within the EMERGE European University Alliance.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review current actions, discuss upcoming priorities, and exchange views on the work being carried out across different areas of the project. It also offered time for open discussion, helping the team coordinate its efforts and address practical aspects of future activities.

Meetings such as this are an important part of the team’s work. They allow colleagues from different roles and backgrounds to share knowledge, listen to different perspectives, and support one another in a collaborative and constructive way.

The work of the EMERGE team is based on cooperation, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to contributing to the Alliance’s objectives. While much of this work happens through everyday communication and coordination, meeting in person provides valuable time for reflection, discussion, and planning.

As activities continue throughout the year, the team remains committed to supporting the participation of the Democritus University of Thrace in the EMERGE Alliance and to contributing, together with our European partners, to a positive impact on our academic and local communities.
