Short Description : Lab-LEX is a common law research laboratory at the University of Western Brittany and the University of Southern Brittany. Lab-LEX's main objective is fundamental and applied research in private law, criminal sciences, and public law. The research conducted within the laboratory aims to understand the legal concepts at stake, normative developments, and their real impact. Through critical analysis of texts, case law, and doctrinal discourse on law, its members seek to identify the challenges of these rapidly evolving legal issues and highlight structural constants as well as points of rupture.
